Independent Investigations

Campus Integrity Group ensures prompt, independent, and thorough investigations into alleged misconduct in K-1 2 school communities and other youth-centered organizations. While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to investigations, we follow professional best practices at each step, including interviews, documentation, evidence collection, and analysis. We use trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate techniques to encourage students to tell their stories.

Our Investigator Coaching Program is a hands-on mentorship experience where your investigator works alongside one of our experts through an actual case from start to finish. We help develop the investigative plan, including who to interview and when, evidence collection and analysis, and documentation. From there, we review interview outlines in advance, serve as active participants during interviews, and provide real-time feedback and coaching at every stage.
At the conclusion of the case, we deliver a comprehensive performance evaluation highlighting strengths and areas for continued growth. The result is an investigator who is more confident, more thorough, and better equipped to handle future cases.

As Title IX experts, we are well-versed in the many procedural and due-process requirements in the 2020 Title IX regulations. We act as investigators, decision makers, appeal decision makers, advisors, and more.
We are also highly experienced with Title VI and comparable state discrimination laws.
