Campus Integrity Group is your trusted ally in building safer K-12 communities
Our experts partner with schools, families, advocates, and others to identify and prevent misconduct through independent investigations, proactive prevention, and creative compliance solutions.
Campus Integrity Group has demonstrated expertise partnering with K-12 schools to investigate sensitive allegations, implement policies and training to prevent future staff misconduct, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. We help achieve safer and more welcoming school communities while mitigating risk and liability to all community members.
We specialize in K-12 schools and misconduct involving minors because we know from firsthand experience that they encounter different challenges than universities when evaluating allegations, conducting investigations, and implementing realistic policies that prioritize student safety while ensuring regulatory compliance and procedural integrity.
The founding members of Campus Integrity Group created and led the only independent, impartial investigative team for K–12 schools in the United States, serving the Chicago Public Schools—the nation’s fourth-largest school district. We have a demonstrated track record of conducting independent and thorough investigations into a wide range of allegations, ensuring impartiality, fairness, and compliance every step of the way.
We are experts at handling complaints governed by Title VI, Title VII, and Title IX, parallel state and local regulations, potential criminal conduct, and other allegations that implicate school policies. Our areas of investigative expertise include:
Clear reports of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, assault, and other forms of sexual misconduct
Ambiguous concerns or rumors of misconduct, including grooming behaviors and anonymous reports
Discrimination and harassment based on gender, race, or national origin
Unprofessional or inappropriate conduct that causes discomfort or raises concerns about more serious misconduct
Complex cases involving school leadership, multiple staff members, delayed outcries, systemic concerns, or off-campus criminal allegations
Ethical and policy violations, such as time fraud and theft
